Monday - July 4, 2011 (Flagstaff, AZ)

Since we had the day off we decided to post up in Flagstaff, AZ. Much feasting occurred at Bigfoot BBQ. I got a half rack of ribs, baked beans, corn bread, and french friends. The meal filled me up and I couldn’t eat until late at night. I wandered around town for a while and then paced back to the hotel. There we BBQed, made smores, drank a few brews and socialized. I hung with Selena, Kristin, Set Your Goals, Every Avenue and Hellogodbye. Though I didn’t get to see fireworks it was still a great day. Kristin and Selena road our bus for the night because they are coming to the water park with us tomorrow in Amarillo, TX. I ended my night playing 2 games of Ultimate Werewolf in the bus.

June 27, 2011 (Fort Stockton, TX)

I spent my day off in Fort Stockton, TX. After some much needed rest I went swimming at a hotel pool with Hellogoodbye and Every Avenue. We got word around 6PM that Against Me had talked to Stockton’s Entertainment and had them open their doors for all the bands staying in the area today. The place was supposed to be closed but the great people that run the place were kind enough to let us enjoy their facilities for the day. We spent our day with Against Me and Hellogoodbye. We started off our stay at Stockton’s Entertainment with a friendly game of bowling. I got a 176 which is the highest score that I have ever bowled. We then saw the new X-Men movie but I fell asleep halfway through because I was a sleepyhead. Mini golf with Hellogoodbye was next on the agenda. Rolling 12 deep, it took forever for us to finish the game.
